Lamp wick making Training Workshop held on 20.01.2024 at Kottawa North womens Society

On 07.01.2024, 496 C Kottawa North Grama Niladhari GN division distributed dry food bags to 10 families with economic difficulties. The contribution was made by a philanthropist residing in the GN division.

On 21.12.2023, the blood donation camp organized by the Maharagama North Region for the Apeksha Hospital, On the advice and guidance of the Divisional Secretary, At the Madivela Cultural Centre, With the participation of the Accountant of the Divisional Secretariat, Samurdhi Headquarters Manager Mr. Sameera Anuranga, Bank Society Manager Mrs. Ramani Perera, District Samurdhi Social Development Manager Mrs. Gopika, Social Development Assistant Mrs. Achini and Bank Society Assistant Mrs. Idumini, Samurdhi Bank Manager Mr. Jagath Kularatne, Samurdhi Development Officer Mr. Asanka Pradeep including Maharama North was held very successfully with the unstoppable courage of all Samurdhi Development Officers.

With the blessings of the Maha Sangha, all the staff of the Maharagama Divisional Secretariat, under the patronage of Mrs. Dilrukshi Walpola, Divisional Secretary, Maharagama, commenced their duties on 1st January 2024 with one pledge. A Pirith recital was also held here.
