The Coordination Committee was held on 2025-06-23 at the Maharagama Divisional Secretariat under the patronage of the Honorable Sangha and the Chairman of the Maharagama Coordination Committee, Mr. Devananda Suraweera, Member of Parliament for the Colombo District, with the blessings of the Venerable Sangha. The Maharagama Divisional Secretary, Mrs Himali karunarathne , staff, and officials representing other government institutions also participated in this event.

On July 09th , 2025 Divisional Secretariat Maharagama was Organized the "Sathsara " Musical Programe for Relaxsation for the Pregnant Mothers .This event Participating the Chief Gust By Additional Divisional Secretariat Mrs.Kanchana Gunawardhane & Polpuler Singer MR.Chandrasena Hettiarachchi

The field visit of the first batch of new officers recruited to the Sri Lanka Accounting Service Grade III took place on 11th July 2025 at the office premises under the Divisional Secretary, Mrs. Himali Karunaratne.

and the Event Participated the Accountant Of Divisional Secretariat Maharagama,Administrative Grama Niladari , Administrative Officer. and representative of SLIDA

On July 3, 2025, in parallel with the “Clean Sri Lanka” program and dengue prevention campaigns, the premises of the Maharagama Divisional Secretariat were cleaned under the guidance of the Divisional Secretary.

The Divisional Secretary, the Director of Planning(assistant), and the Administrative Grama Niladhari participated in this initiative.

 All departments took part in the program, including the Administration Division, Accounts Division, Planning Division, Pension Division, Registrar Division, Lands Division, Identity Card Division, Samurdhi Division, all field officers, the Buddhist Affairs Division, as well as the drivers.

 Rural rehabilitation recipients participated and the programme was successfully completed.
