Under the guidance of Mrs. Dilrukshi Walpola, Divisional Secretary, Maharagama, an awareness programme on Mental Empowerment was held for the children of the Children's Council on 08^th December 2021 at the Auditorium of the Maharagama Divisional Secretariat to start the New Year happily. This was organized by Mrs. K. Sriyalatha, Child Rights Promotion Officer.
