Under the supervision of Mrs. Dilrukshi Walpola, Divisional Secretary and Mrs. S.K Jayasundara, Assistant Divisional Secretary, a series of Psychological Counseling Programmes based on the Therapeutics and Strengths aimed at making the careers and personal lives of a group of randomly selected officers attached to the office a success under the theme 'A Happy World' The third programme was held on 2022-02-10 at the auditorium of the Divisional Secretariat. This is a series of research programs to be conducted over a period of four months. These programs were created by Psychology Counseling Officer Mrs. Nethra Malagoda and Consilling assistant Mrs.Sripali Pitawela.
