Granting allowance of Rs.2000 for the recipients 24th August onwards at GN divisions
Nawinna GN division:-
Payment of Rs. 2000 / = to low income families who have lost their livelihood during the temporary curfew imposed to control the spread of Covid 19 in Maharagama Divisional Secretariat. It was inaugurated on 24.08.2021 at the Navinna Rajamaha Vihara premises under the patronage of the district secretary Mr.Pradeep Yasarathna, Mr.Upali kodikara deputy secretary of the coordinating committee and other urban council members.
Mrs. Dilrukshi Walpola, Divisional Secretary, Maharagama and other staff officers also participated. The Grama Niladhari, Development Officer, Samurdhi Officer and other public officers of the division paid an allowance of Rs. 2000 / = to the low income families in the division.
