Under the supervision of Mrs. Dilrukshi Walpola, Divisional Secretary and Mrs. S.K Jayasundara, Assistant Divisional Secretary, a series of Psychological Counseling Programmes based on the Therapeutics and Strengths aimed at making the careers and personal lives of a group of randomly selected officers attached to the office a success under the theme 'A Happy World' The first programme was launched on 2022-01-20. This is a series of research programmes to be conducted over a period of four months. These programmes were created by Psychology Consultant Officer Nethra Malagoda. Resource contributions were made by Psychology Counselor Mrs. Nethra Malagoda, Counseling Assistant Mrs. Sripali Pitawela and Assistant Counselor Mrs. Kalhari Vasana.
