From September 2018, a weekly meeting was held every Monday morning with the participation of all, where all officers were given the opportunity to address the meeting. Since then, this has continued and in mid-2020 it was temporarily suspended due to Covid 19. This program was re-launched on 1st February 2021 under the patronage of Mrs. Dilrukshi Walpola, Divisional Secretary. Accordingly, 1st of February national flag was hoisted and Mr. R.M.S Bandara, Cultural Officer made an aware to the staff about the importance of Independence Day.
